Good question. We don't currently offer a feature for moving keywords from one ad group to another ad group (same or different campaign, but within the same account), but it's high on our to-do list. In the meantime, you will have to do it “manually” (i.e., copy and then delete them).

When many accounts got moved to the new system I had keywords that were grouped by labels but had slightly different ad copy segmented into dozens and dozens of ad groups with no logical grouping anymore.  I'd like to put my keywords back into logical ad groups but the only way to move a keyword is to delete it then readd it, which is tedious and you lose all historical data for that keyword.  We really need a move keyword tool in light of the mess the move has made of many accounts.</description>
