Finding Your Account IDWe’ve got your number A few of you have contacted our Customer Solutions team recently to ask where you can retrieve your account ID number(s). If you have a single account, after you log in, simply click on the “Administration” tab; your account ID appears on the top line under “Account General Information.”
If you have more than one account, you can also view your account IDs under the “Dashboard” tab, as well as under the Administration tab. On the Dashboard page, you’ll see a drop-down menu just above the alerts box. Here, you can toggle between accounts. Each account’s individual number is shown next to the account name.
