I'm a little slow and thought that some of this was confusing with the new changes, but your quick guide here really did open up some of that for me and make it more accessible. Thanks.

Sometimes it is kind of scary when a new update pops up. You’ll never know how is it going to fit to your needs and sometimes they are worse than the previous version. Lucky me I had no problems with this one and I am happy with the result. The new functionality is good and easier to use for everybody. Finding some stuff is difficult now, but I guess it is just a matter of getting used.

I have been trying to get to my Sponsored search site for the last hour. I am finding that it is hard to find. How do I just get to my sponsored site to edit or find out information. I find this is such a waste of my time. I will work on this later so I can get something done.

I'll conceed it is more intuitive and everything has a home, but by do you have to do some moving around. Everything is everywhere and you have to click all over the place.

You can no longer rename accounts, combine add groups, edit multiple keywords at once, in fact there is a lot missing that was not before. My confidence in Yahoo is at an all time low, someone help me please.

Hello -

I really dont know whether its the appropriate forum for putting this comment but we have tried to get a reply through multiple sources in Yahoo and failed.

I run an SEM that manages accounts with a significant cumulative spend level on Yahoo!SM. We "urgently" need access to Yahoo! Panama API as our client accounts are getting affected. I need to know how do we get this? And who is the right contact.

Apologies for posting this query here. Would appreciate help.

I have not had any problems with the upgrade. I like the new functionality, but it seems to me at least to be more expensive for the same results as before.

Also, is there any rule as to when the short or long description appears (on Yahoo itself not the Yahoo! distribution network). I have a competitor serving the long description on a couple of keywords and everyone else with the short.
